I had the opportunity to go with my entire family to the Monster's game last night, we had a wonderful time, what a great evening of fun, exctitement and the family atmosphere was outstanding. We had awesome seats right behind the Monsters bench. I do have to raise a concern I witnessed throughout the entire game. I observed the team using 1 towel for everyone. The team Medic seemed to be the one in charge of the towel and I watched it get passed to everyone on the team and even to the referee's to wipe the sweat off their faces. The towel was dropped numerous times on the floor, picked up and used, It even cleaned off some of the blades of the players skates. As a nurse and a mom I am concerned about the health risks involved with players sharing the same sweaty dirty towel, please tell me that we can afford to provide more towels for the entire team to protect their health???!!!!

This because you are not a Nurse.I myself sit behind the Bench all the time & have never seen just 1 towel being used,I hope as a Fan & a Nurse that this is very Wrong. We as Nurses are trained to STOP the spread of Infection & this is how she was able to see this.Just watch the next time you go into a Bathroom & peolple dont wash their hands & then you see them in the food line & you are right behind them,& this is only the tip of the Iceberg.........can you say H1N1 ???????????. Ask K2 or any of the Browns about getting a Infection !!!!!!!!!!

Well, when I go to the hockey game I pay attention to the action on the ice, not whether or not some slob washes his hands.

Excellent point, each player has their own water bottle on the bench with their own name on it. If they are using the same towel thats not good. Glad you had a great time, hope to see you there next game Cool
