I had the same problem when the Crunch played the Monsters, I love the Blue Jackets and the Monsters.

ned, i am the same, i am a red wings fan been for along time but i am a monsters fan. does that mean that i should root for colorado just because we're their farm team, no. this is our team and it shouldnt matter who we play as long as we win. i'm glad our guys are doing as good as they are when they get called up but that's where i draw the line. i have never liked colorado except for ray bourque winning the stanley cup with them.

for all you red wings fans out there, i just read on theahl.com that darren mccarty has been given a PTO contract, so we will be able to see old #25 in both games.
this is going to be harder now since they acquired him. its gonna be fun heckling mccarty lol.

I like GR goalie Jimmy Howard, He is a tremendous goalie. (Although he did stink up the joint at the Classic)
Never really followed the Wings, always seemed to be in Windsor though when they won the cup.
Truthfully, I have become an AVS fan so it's a no brainer for me. I think it would be great next year that we get together and head up for a WINGS/AVS game, this way, we can heckle each other and loser buys first 3 rounds...
